My 15 years at the bleeding edge of creative communications, product development, strategy and innovation is complimented by 7 years in senior leadership roles managing cross-functional teams of 6 - 60 people. This experience has been gained working in the UK, Germany and Australia at the local, regional and global level for multi-national brands such as Google, Nokia, BIC and YMCA through to SME’s and start-ups.

Having worked in-house and at agencies across many sectors including tech, mobility, energy, travel, automotive, property, finance, FMCG, education, government and not-for-profit, I have deep experience with identifying user problems and deploying efficient and effective data-driven solutions in complex markets.

An analytical approach to problem solving ensures qualitative and quantitative measures of success are implemented to drive optimisation, surpass KPI’s and always deliver a strong ROI.

My focus on continuous improvement and building relationships has allowed me to create cultures of learning that helps teams to grow while fostering deep and meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.

I’m currently Co-founder / Chief Operating & Experience Officer of SNRG, a PropTech company, backed by Centrica, focused on empowering the all-electric, zero-carbon transition and enabling climate positive communities to thrive.
